Usman Ododo of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Kogi State has taken the oath of office following his November 11 victory in the Governorship polls.

Some of the dignitaries present at the event include Vice President Kashim Shettima; APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje and immediate past Kogi Governor Yahaya Bello among others.
Yahaya Bello governed Kogi state for 8 years after being declared winner of the primary election due to the sudden death of Prince Abubakar Audu in 2016.
